I am a conceptual photographer.
My work, often presented through self-portraiture, is an expression of my emotions and my fascination with the unusual and the surreal. At times, my images evoke puzzlement or a slight sense of unease in the viewer — and that tension is exactly what inspires me even more.
Photography is Jelena’s main creative language.
What began as a hobby in November 2024 quickly grew into a driving force in Jelena’s life — a space where she learns, experiments, and evolves every single day.
Through it, Jelena expresses emotions that cannot surface in her professional world, finding a release that feels both liberating and essential.
Alongside her artistic work, Jelena is a doctor of internal medicine. Perhaps it’s no coincidence: she has always been drawn to unusual illusions and to the beauty hidden in things others might find unsettling.
